    The high strength V-belts are composed of rubber belt, strong fiber rope and canvas wrapping. They transmit power by the friction produced by the both side of the V-belt rubbed with sheave. The have following characteristics:
    1. hard wearing & resistance to fatigue in flexometer
    2. the fiber ropes of V-belts must have high strength and low elongation
    3. the packages of V-belts must agglutinate to each other firmly
    4. the length of each V-belt in one group must be identical
